Color Glass Filter ( Colored optical glass filters )

Optical color glass can selectively transmit special wavelength of light, or a portion of wavelengths in a continuous spectrum, or reduce transmission evenly across visible spectrum by absorbing or reflecting the portion of the light that is not being transmitted.

Optical color glass is also called Colored optical glass filters. It is mainly used as filters for observing, photograph, infrared instrument in order to improve the visibility or meet special spectrum requirements. It can be also made into colored glasses.
