A:Both. For glass ware, Xiamen Yutai-topwell has our own factory in Xiamen with 12 years history. For ceramic ware, we are agents of three customers for nearly 20 years.

2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Xiamen City,Fujian province,China.

About one hour car ride from Xiamen North Station and Xiamen Airpot.

A: We are specialized in manufacturing heat-resistant glass and ceramic, including hear-resistant glass teapot, kettle, teacup, coffeepot, coffee mug and all kinds of ceramic kitchen table ware, and home gift ware.

4.Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample time and sample fee?

A: Sure. We can make OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.

Sample time is about 15-20days.

Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product.

5.Q: How does your company do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. Yutai-Topwell company always attach great importance to quality controlling from the

beginning to the end.

6.Q: What’s your delivery time?

A: In generally, our delivery time is about 45-70 days according to the playing order time after we received the deposit.
