4) Samples can be collected with a free video inspection;
5) Samples can be collected from varies factories and consolidate to you in one parcel;
6) A group of our staffs will work with you together on skype or wechat and all of your requirements will be nice followed in time;
7) In case the cost level is higher than expected, the supervisor will check again on the product as well as the freight to make sure you get the best solution;
8) Once the sourcing job completed, it'll be quite easy to continue with our fulfillment services and other dropshipping services.

THE COST
The sourcing service will be totally free. The $1 charged on this page will be refunded when there're dropshipping orders in the future.
Our Guarantees
We will resend the parcel when:
1) the parcel stuck with no tracking information updated after 30 days;
2) broken or defective products;
3) returned from china custom or forwarder's warehouse;
4) parcels should have sent but not.

We will not resend or refund:
1) wrong address provided;
2) buyer asked for refund but it's already in transit (less than 30 days).

Proofs of the broken or defective products:
1) It's always required a photo to prove the status of the parcel. Please be sure that the product and the shipping bill with the tracking number is in the same photo.
2) We will always resend the parcel at the earliest but if no right proof provided by the buyer, the cost of the parcel will be added into the next orderlist.
