The Paulownia Logs

Trimming

The trimmer squares off the ends of lumber into uniform pieces.

Glueing

Pressing

The Spliced pieces will be getting thought the cold pressing process for making sure all the glued pieces be stable.

Smoothes the wood's surfaces and ensures that each peice has a uniform thickness.

Sawing

Sawing for control the L/W/T of the boards and ensures that each board has a uniform width, length and thickness.

The Last Sanding for final product.

After the Sawing Process, the Product wood boards will be Sanding again for making the boards' surfaces most smooth.

Moisture Content

All the qualified board can get the best grade of the Moisture content, level of the 6%-12%.

Sealing and Grading

Assigns a "grade" to each board that indicates its quality level, based on a variety of characteristics, including its MC.

Finished Wood Warehouse

After Grading, all the Boards will be stored into the Finished Wood Warehouse.
