Working Process
1.The Paulownia Logs
The Paulownia wood is very light, fine-grained and warp-resistant
2.Head Rig
The Primary saw cuts the logs into sawn boards.
3.Selecting
Selecting the qualified Sawn boards for the next step.
4.Edging
Removes irregular edges and defects from sawn boards.
5.Rough Lumber Sorting
Pieces are Separated based on dimension and final production, whether the finished piece will be unseasoned or dry.
6. Stickering
Lumbers will be stacked with spacers that allow air to circulate within the stack(Green product skip this stage and the next).
7.Trimming
The trimmer squares off the ends of lumber into uniform pieces.
8.Gluing
Gluing the side of the uniform pieces and Splicing them together.
9.Pressing
The Spliced pieces will be getting thought the cold pressing process for making sure all the glued pieces be stable.
10.Sanding by the Airbag Sander
Smoothes the wood's surfaces and ensures that each peice has a uniform thickness.
11.Sawing
Sawing for control the L/W/T of the boards and ensures that each board has a uniform width, length and thickness
12.The Last Sanding for final product.
After the Sawing Process, the Product wood boards will be Sanding again for making the boards' surfaces most smooth
13.Moisture Content
All the qualified board can get the best grade of the Moisture content, level of the 6%-12%
14.Sealing and Grading
Assigns a "grade" to each board that indicates its quality level, based on a variety of characteristics, including its MC.
15.Finished Wood Warehouse
After Grading, all the Boards will be stored into the Finished Wood Warehouse.
