Q1:Can i customize?
A:Yes certainly.
Q2:We need to buy stator but i don't know how to choose rubber,can you offer any help?
A:Yes,you must tell us the application of the srew pump,for example food, sewage or pulp，we can help you to choose NBR/EPDM/FKM/PTFE for you according to your liquid.
Q3:I only have rotor/ stator,can you help to produce a stator/rotor so that they can match?
A:Yes，but you need to provide accurate drawing or give us sample，we need make moulds according to the information you offered. Rotor don’t need mould.
Q4:I have one couple of stator and rotor,but i do not know the type and its brand,can you produce same for me to use?
A:Yes, need give us sample and we will make moulds for you.
Q5：How about the guarantee period？

Q8：about freight cost
A: The price online is not include freight cost，they are all EXW price，if you need to transport to anywhere else，please connect with our sales to confirm about the freight cost，or if you can arrange pick up is better.

A: For the whole screw pump，the guarantee period is 12 months，not including rotor and stator; for the spare parts，they dont have guarantee period.

A: For NETZSCH,SEEPEX,PCM, MONO,ALLWEILER these brand spare parts，we normally have stock，if you need customization，stator need about 15 days，rotor and shaft need about 7-10 days.
