Product Description

Fireproof compact HPL sheet Laminate is widely used in decorative building materials. It is made of Kraft paper + Phenolic Resin + Decorative paper, which are pressed together under heat and high pressure. The various layers are described below:

*Kraft paper, which is used as core material and to control product thickness.

*Phenolic Resin, which is used for sticking the kraft papers and decorative papers together.

*Decorative paper, which has more than 100 choices.

Production Process

Domestic unique high quality product:

1. Kraft Paper is immerged into the phenolic resin.

2. Dry out the kraft paper with phenolic resin.

3. Cut the dry kraft paper to the sizes we need.

4. Place the decorative papers on the top and bottom of the kraft papers.

5. Press the kraft papers and decorative papers with high pressure and temperature.

6. Cut the edges of the HPL Panel.

7. Clean and pack the HPL Panel.
