Q1. What is your quality warranty?
A: For all the products, we have 2-year quality warranty. The goods are 100% tested before delivery.If there is any damages during delivery, we will delivery you new products.

A: 30% T/T  deposit, 70% T/T balance before delivery. Other payment terms can negotiate.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: For sample order, it takes 3-7days. For formal order, it takes 15- 25days, according to the quantity.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: stock sample is free charge, the freight is paid by customer.
We ask for sample charge for customized sample, it will be refund when you place order, deducted from deposit.
