Q1. How can we know the products quality ?

We suggest you to buy a sample product first before placing a big order , or you could talk to us online or send us an email if you need more detailed information for specific product .

Q2. Can I get the free sample ?

Some sample are free , you need to pay for shipping cost . However , we will refund you the sample fees after the transation for this sample has been done , providing that your order is exceed the MOQ .

Q3. Can you add our logo to the products ?

Yes , we can , Logo customization is warmly welcome .

Q4. Can you customize product in special shape ?

Yes , we can , we have our own design dept , if you have any idea , welcome to discuss together , hope we can find a better way J

Q5. How long is the least time of the samples ?

A.For existing samples , it could be 1-3 days after payment .

B.If you want to put your own logo on the sample product , it takes 3-5 days .

C.If it is a customized sample , the least time is according to how complicated the sample is .

Q6. What is the normal lead time ?

A.For stocked products , yhou could receive your goods within 7-15 working days after we received payment .

B.For big order or ODM products , it might take up to 30-35 working days after the payment have been received .

Q7. What is your payment term ?

For bulk production : 30% deposit pay before mass production , and 70% pay before shipment .
