Oak solid timber flooring are milled from 100% natural lumbers wihtout any addictives inside, which is condiered as most Eco friendly flooring types .Commonly the massive raw plank cut from lumbers in random length 300-1500mm with thickness 21-22mm.Before sanding & milling T&G for solid timber flooring,all those rough sawn lumbers will be put inside of Kiln Dry Facility for a certian period of time to control the humidity of the timber for final residential use.( commonly @ 9%-12% )

The common species we produced are from European white oak, American white oak & American red oak as well as North China local white oak or Russian white oak.The oak in different origin place may comes in different features & wood textures as well as the cost, while the cost based on how we grade it , how big the floorboard size is.

Typically Oak solid timber floor planks comes with 3 types Joint Grooves, which is important to decide visual effect - full bevelled, Micro bevelled & square.

Similar to engineered oak floorboards, suface of such oak solid wooden plank is availlable for unfinished , oiled ,lacquered stained , smoked , white washed, limed, bleached etc per individule request.Even the gloss level is acceptable to adjust from 20%-70% ( full matt to high reflective glossy)

Solid: 70% of boards will be 610-910mm  long up to a maximum length of 1.2m 

Engineered: 85% of boards will be over 1.9m, 15% shorter plank / carton ,  long up to a maximum length of 2.2m

 

Packing & Shipping 

 

• Yorking hardwood supply oak wooden floor woldwidely directly from our factory located in Foshan of China. 
• We handle orders for both Small quantity above 100m2 and bulk quantity full containers(1200m2 above). 
• 1x20ft' container = 1250m2 for 18mm thickness plank / 1480m2 for 15mm thickness pank with wood pallet 
• All cartons with shipping mark will be sealed by waterproof plastic film to prevent dampness on sea freight.
