Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer since 1996, producing industrial sewing machines and round knife cloth cutting machines and control box.  

Q2: How many staff in your factory?

A: About 600 person.

Q2.How about your machine quality?

A.    We insist on using first-class spare parts and keep same quality standards as other top rank sewing machine enterprises. We believe you can find our value and difference after trying our machines

Q3. How about your price?

A.  We will try our best to provide competitive prices, but we trust quality is more important than price.

Q4. How long could your sewing machine be used?

  A.  Generally, more than 6 years. Control box we can service for all life, cause we producing control box by our own factory instead of buying from other suppliers.

Q5.What is the shipping port?

  A.  NINGBO or SHANGHAI usually.

Q6. How about payment ?

  A.  At beginning of cooperation, payment before delivery, or LC at sight for big amount order, after establish long-term and trustable relationship, we will try to accept DP OR DA payment

Q7. Can you do OEM for us?

  A.  Yes, of course, but will have MOQ requirement.
