 Silex grinding stone is a lightcyan crystallite fire rock.  It is with high hardness, high wear-resisting. Its section is densification and hardness is very high,  can be used instead of ceramic tiles, ceramic lining plate etc.

The silex lining stone is, high wear-resisting, high efficiency,  low production cost.  The use life of Ball mill which used this kind stone is long, and grinding efficiency is high.

The Silex Lining Block has two kinds : One is  Traditional manual block  and Other is Mechanism Blocks. 

The Mechanism blocks is made on the base of silex mineral ore, cut by cut squirt, The surface of this product is very smooth, Lay at the bottom of ball mill,  compact and closely,   seamless, non-dead corner, could be inlayed by adhesive or cement.   It is used for grinding for high grade ceramics, precious fine products.  

Features:

1: The lining plate's raw materials is SiO2,  contents is higher than 99%, do not have effect for grinded materials on color and quality.

 Application:

1, can be used as ball mill lining plate. 
2, for the production of industrial raw materials (glass, porcelain, ceramic processing, alumina fine powder grinding).
3, can be processed into silica ball mill lining board, the traditional manual silica plate, mechanism of silica plate.
4, precision high (crack is less than or equal to 3 mm), but also save a lot of adhesive materials, applicable to 0.1 tons - 100 tons of various types of ball mill
