Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: No MOQ for most regular products, if big qty orders, price also can be negotiated.OEM

  productswill have MOQ based on the designs.

 

Q2: How's the package?

A: Carton for table and cast aluminum chair, kraft paper for chairs

 

Q3: What is the warranty policy?

A: Most of items can be guaranteed at least 2 years, some items are 3 ~5 years.The warranty does

 not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive

 usage.

 

Q4:Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are manufacturer specialized in outdoor furniture manufacturing for more than 15 years.

 

Q5: What's your payment terms? 

A: T/ T or L/ C is available. 30% deposit in advance,balance should be cleared before loading. 

 

Q6: What's the delivery time?

A: Normally 7~10 for LCL orders, 20~30 days for FCL orders normally, detailed delivery date will be

  decided according to the production season  and order quantities.

  

Q7: Could I take some samples from you? How about the sample charges? 

A: Yes, customized samples are available. Sample cost is higher than the unit price.
