II.The main structure
(1).Cylinder mold part:
Φ1500mm×3350mm×4000mm stainless steel cylinder mold 2 sets; Φ450mm×3350mm×4000mm couch roll 2 sets,roll body coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness is 38℃±2; Φ500mm×3350mm×4000mm return roll 1 set,roll body coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness is 86℃±2. Equipped with pneumatic pressure device.The pulp given to papermaking felt by pressure former which is made from stainless steel.
(2).Press part:
Arrangement: 1st press(upper roller is natural marble roll,bottom roller is rubber press roll)→2nd press(upper roller is natural marble roll and bottom roller is rubber press roll)

Φ1500mm×3350mm×4000mm alloy dryer cylinder 18 sets, the first and the second dryer are chrome plated;Arrangement:12dryer+sizing machine+6dryer.Equipped with dry wire device and 18 sets of scraper blades and 2 group of semi-closed exhaust hood.

Φ750mm×3350mm×4000mm size roll 2 sets.rubber shore hardness 98℃±2,it is the nitrile rubber.
(5).Calendering part:
