• Our highly secure facilities (with 24/7 surveillance as standard) offer a wide range of long-term and short-term storage solutions, which can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.
• Container loading and unloading: We’re able to offer a variety of unloading and loading solutions, whether it’s palletized product, loose loaded cargo or even out-of-gauge cargo, such as motor vehicles.
• Storage: We can offer both bonded and general storage for palletized cargo on a short or long-term basis. We also have the capability to offer container storage.
• ETSF (groupage containers arriving under customs bond): We will unload, palletize and sort to our customer’s requirements, with customs clearance and onward delivery as required.
• Cross docking: We’re able to provide cross docking from containers to curtain-sided vehicles for onward delivery.
• Pick, pack and order fulfilment: We have a dedicated space specifically for pick and pack clients. Run using our fully integrated Warehouse Management System, we provide customer visibility and live updates on each pick, dispatch and intake, as well as the peace of mind that each transaction is recorded.

Q What is the price of your service?

 A.The final price can be provided when the detailed info advised,like the name of commodity or

weight, volume or package size, POL,POD etc.

      

Q: Can you consolidate/combine my several suppliers' goods into one shipment?

A: Yes, we have been doing that a lot. We will re-make CI & PL for your import custom needs.

 

Q: What shall I do here in my country before I receive the goods?

A: If in term of TO AIRPORT service, you need to find out a local broker to clear customs and deliver goods to your address.

 

Q: Are there any charges at my side and what are they?

A: Yes, like custom entry fee, import duty/tax (if applicable), airport miscellaneous, trucking fee, etc.

 

Q: If I have battery/Liquid/Powder/Chemical items to be sent ,is it will be ok?

 A. About hazardous items and chemical items, we need to see the MSDS paper first to check.
