1, Why is this kind of led display so power saving?Common cathode can improve the active power, and the low voltage(2.8V+3.8V) is used
in the light bead power supply to reduce the useless power of the LED display screen in use,
thus achieving energy saving of 20%-30%.
2, Should I prepare air conditioner to cool off the display?
No need. Since the power is very low, the display doesn't release so much heat,
the temperature of the display back is 20 ℃ lower than common led display. So no need air conditioner.
3, How should I install the display?
Installation drawing will be sent,
if needed, engineers can be sent to give support on installation.
4, What warranty is it? Can I get longer warranty?
Standard warranty is 2 years, longer warranty is available, as long as 5 years.
5, What is the payment terms?
30% of the total amount as deposit, balance paid before the delivery.
6, Can I customize the product?
Yes, panel size can be bigger or smaller according to the specific condition.
