The system is used to convey feed into each feed pan automatically.

Frequency: 50Hz,/60Hz AC current

3). Galvanized feed pipe:

Diameter of feed pipe:Φ45mm; Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet pipe with the zinc coating amount—more than 275g/m2.

4). Helical spring auger: imported from South Africa, feeding ability:400Kg/h

5). Feed pan:

Material: PP——Polypropylene

Grilles: 14/16 grilles

Diameter of pan bottom-330mm

a. Different gears of feed amount, meeting eating demands of different period chickens.

b. Accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the principle is to catch two ears in the inner and pull them out adjust up and

down.

c. The pan bottom can be disassembled on the ground, which can be used for day-old chicks.

d. V-shape plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom, so birds can always eat fresh feed, which also prevents birds

staying on the plate for a long time.

e. The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center, which avoids waste of feed, the smooth edge prevents birds craws

hurting and make sure safe and comfort feeding.

6). Sensor:

imported from Germany, time delay range: 0-2 hours

The sensor is usually installed at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery

automatically. The motor will start working and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed and will stop working when

sensor touchs feed.

7). Lifting&suspension system:

It's very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.

Feeding line specification: 4 feed pans/3m, 3 feed pans/3m

Feed pan capacity: 50-55 broilers/pan

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We have two factories,produce automatic feeding and drinking system , another factory produce exhaust fans and cooling pad .

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 14-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
