confirmed by Formike → Shipping Doc. is provided by Formike → Shipping instrction by Client → Delivery → Cargo tracking → Receipt of cargo

A:Claime issued by client with photos or videos → QA of Formike confirm the claim → RMA No. provided by Formike → Analysis report provided by Formike in 5~10 working days after defective is received → The two parties will discuss the report, if necessary → Proceed as per the final report.
