Product Description
Product Application
The machine is fully hardened moving slides, combined with precision grinding, combine to produce a satisfactory quality. It is not only suitable for the processing of plates, discs, shells, precision parts, but also for mold processing. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool change system (ATC), a fully enclosed guard, an automatic lubrication system, a cooling system, an automatic chip evacuation device, a manual spray gun and a portable manual operating device (MPG).
Main Features
1) The foundation, column, main spindle box, cross sliding table, worktable and other parts were designed with high strength casting technology. The inner metallographical structure is very steady.
2) The basic parts have high steel nature by collocating with the reinforcing rib. With the wide foundation, box-shaped cavity column, broaden & lengthening sliding base.
3) With transmission of the high torsion tooth form leather belt, the electric machine works no slipping and escapes the emergence of noise and heat.
4) According with the CE safety specification, the wirings in the electrical box can control the system without external disturbance.
5)Designed with compensation, the location of the spindles can be made more accurate and the machine can work out high precision parts by high precision laser admeasuring apparatus.
