Product Application


The high speed aluminum fin making machine is used to produce heat exchange wavy fins with or without windows. 

The machine is equipped with the following devices: decoiler, tensioning device, feeding, interval oil lubrication, fin forming, correction and cutting function, strip run-out detection, blockage detection device, cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading protection device, and fault indication light.
The aluminium  fin making machine adopts PLC, inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The parameters are easily set through the touch screen. The aluminium fin machine is specially equipped with one micro spray lubrication system which could reduce lubricant consumption greatly. The fin machine is also called as radiator fin making machine,aluminum fin machine, radiator fin machine, fin forming machine, aluminum fin making machine, corrugated fin making machine, radiator fin rolling machine, fin forming machine, radiator fin rolling machine.

The power supply of heat exchanger making machines is to be decided by the customer's side. We are able to adjust the power supply (volt, and phase) through a transformer or of the customer's voltage directly so that the melting furnace is ready for use at the end user's site.

The payment term is 40% down payment, and 60% before delivery (T/T mode).
