Q1: How long can I get the quotation?

   A: We will respond you asap for your inquiry, usually within 24 hours, but if you emergently get the price,

 just email us or call us, then the priority will be given.

Q2: What information should I let you know to get a full quotation?

   A: A full quotation will be offered with those information like pen type, material, printing color and

quantity. You are welcomed to inquiry.

Q3: Is it available to print our own logo on the product?

   A: Yes, it is. We can print logo for you with the artwork design by format of PSD, AI, CDR or PDF in high 

definition and separated layers files.

Q4: Can I get a sample for product quality check? When will the samples arrive us?

   A: Samples are able to be required for quality check once price is confirmed. And they can be free for 

you, just by freight collect with your express account or ours. Usually samples will be ready to be

delivered in 5-7 days and arrive in 3-5 days via express.

Q5: Can you guarantee the quality control?

   A: Yes, we can. As an experienced export enterprise, quality control has been what we focus on. We

have highly strict QC system to make the inspection before packing and loading a shipment. And the

inspection from your QC will be welcomed, too.

Q6: How about the delivery time?

   A: PP sample approval condition and order quantity will be depended on. Generally speaking, it takes 

about 20-30days after your approval on sample.
