Yes, we can provide sample at customers’ cost, but we will return back the sample fee to customer once we get the order.

5. When do you deliver after an order is placed?

If we have sample, usually it is about 60 days after the deposit is received.If we need to make sample first, the delivery time will be about 80 days.

6. How do you solve if the products have quality problems?

Please send us an email with detailed description and high resolution photos of quality problems. After we confirm, we will reply you as soon as possible with solutions (refund / replacement)
