A: We are both trader and factory. Moreover we have more than 10 cooperated factories can work for us. We have good experience for exporting baby&kids clothes and shoes for more than 10 years.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For clothes, our MOQ is 2 lots(one lot include about 4/5/6 different sizes), for shoes, our MOQ is 10 pairs/design.

Q: What is your lead time for samples and mass production?
A: Usually for samples, we need one week while for mass production which will take one week-30 days after confirmation. Delivery date depends on the quantities of your orders.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We can accept Western Union , T/T , L/C and Alibaba trade assurance payment . But Alibaba assurance payment priority , it will protect your money and delivery time.

Q: What is your packaging?
A: One piece/pair by box or by polybag. Or according to customer's requests.

Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?
A: Yes. But usually you need to pay courier costs and samples charges.

Q: Can I put my brand or logos on the product?
A: Yes. You can put your brand or logos for the order reach 200 pieces/pairs per style.

Q: Can you make samples according to my designs?
A: Yes. All designs are welcome. But please send designs with clear information.

Q: How do you ship samples and orders?
A: Usually we ship samples by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or SF-express. For orders, we suggest to be shipped by air or by sea.
