1. Q: Is the OEM/ODM accepted or not? A: Yes. We accept OEM/ODM.
2. Q: How about the mould and sample charge? A: The customer bear mould charge , we will supply the best price for mould charge. Sample charge based on the quantity, small sample is free. Express charge is paid by customer.
3. Q: How many days does it need for mould opening and producing sample? A: Opening mould need 3-5 days, producing sample need 3 days.
4. Q: What is the delivery time? A: Usually after confirming the order, the goods will be finished within 15 days.
5. Q: How about the quality control and guarantee? A: We have strict inspection system during production. If there is quality problem products after selling, we will undertake responsibility and make compensation.
