CKD electric car production line consist of car welding line, car painting line, car assembly line and car testing line.
Duoyuan can provide the project planning, layout, detail drawing,design,cost calculation for establishing a modern customized automatic CKD-assembly plant along with necessary production segments as press shop,body shop, machine shop, paint shop, assembly line including chassis line, trim line, final line, quality control,Etc.

More than 20 years on the car assembly line industry. Duoyuan are professional on CKD/SKD car assembly line Oversea project in the USA, Thailand,Algeria, etc.

Floor chain transfer line:.
The floor chain transfer lines are below the ground of workshop and do not occupy the surface area of factory building. It realizes the intended technological transportation with a traction chain driving the steel plate and with the vehicle on steel plate or support structure. Floor chain transport is divided into single-plate chain transfer line and dual-plate chain transfer line. The single-plate chain transfer line is mostly used for the assembly line of bus industry, and the dual-plate chain transfer line is mostly used for the welding line of bus industry.
Drag chain transfer line:
The drag chain transfer line is similar to the floor chain transfer line, but it has an additional above-ground track and accessory technological cart. It realizes the intended technological transportation with a chain driving the cart. This drag chain transfer line is mostly used for the car classis production line of bus industry.
Movement Cart :
Movement Cart is mainly used to transport white bus body among workstations in painting workshop. According to different methods of transportation, can be divided into two categories: Rolling Type, Track Type.
