Note:
1.Normally, we offer UPS/DHL/FEEDX/TNT express with door to door service, if the G.W. of goods are less than 50Kg. You just need to pay some custom clearance charge for receiving the items at your specific address. The shipping date is about 3-5 days.
2.If G.W. are over 80Kg, we will check if air shipment is more economical than express. Shipping by air you need to go to airport to take items. If you are not very familiar with these works, you may need a broker to help you deal with the custom clearance and goods transportation. The air shipping is about 2-7 days.
3.If you make a large order, we suggest that you ship by sea. We have our own forwarder for the shipment service. Please contact with us without any hesitation if you have large orders.

A: 10000 units.

Q: Sometimes, Why the barrier boom would open automatically?
A: Please check if the limit switch is on the right position; if not, please adjust the Limit Switch. Please refer to last page of Barrier Gate Manual. Or you can adjust the adjusting screw. And the last step is to check the intensity of the spring.

Q: What’s the remote control distance?
A: In general, most of ZENTO remote control can cover 100 meters, but it is not safe and stable to control the barrier gate from 100 meters away. ZENTO recommends using the remote control within 30 meters or 50 meters.
