Product Description
Y3150 gear hobbing machine is suitable for single-piece production and batch production. If there are more than one machine tools of the same type, the most reasonable method of use is to separate the number of machine tools for precision cutting to ensure the machine's excellent processing.
This machine tool has sufficient rigidity. When hobbing gears, it can be processed to the required tooth depth at one time, or it can be cut several times (slice cutting). During layered cutting, it must be changed every time according to certain rules. Cutting parameters, such as selecting appropriate cutting speed, feed rate and reasonable precision cutting depth, and accurately installing the workpiece, this machine tool can cut seven-level precision gears.
Since the machine has a hydraulic balancing device to balance the cutting resistance of the tool holder, the machine can be used for down milling to improve the production efficiency of the machine.
The machine tool is equipped with a fast moving device of the tool post and an automatic stop mechanism when the cutting is terminated. Therefore, this machine tool is not only widely used in gear processing, but also easy to operate, and can be managed by multiple machine tools.
