1.What is your MOQ?
Usually we have no MOQ. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service .
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity .We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account,if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account.It takes about 5-7 days to reach.
3.How long is lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2- 3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 20-25 days to make new injection mould, subject to your designs whether they need new starts.Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 5-10 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5..Which kinds of certificate would you have?
Rohs,REACH,FCC,CE
6.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L .
We also accept LC at sight.

7.What is the 2D and 3D case different?
2D case is the plastic with aluminum sheet , transfer pattern to the aluminum sheet or glass sheet , and paste aluminum sheet or glass sheet to the plastic case back side.
2D have 3 types (PC case hard ;TPU+PC case-middle is hard,around is soft; TPU film case-whole soft ),use flat press machine make it.
3D case-the pattern direct transfer on the case surface, can full printing,use the 3D machine make it.
