Lead-Acid Batteries

Powered by a total of 48V battery group, equipped with high-performance traction batteries, the first charging time is 12 hours, then, the charging time is 8 hours each time, can be charged continuously, normally working time is 10-12 hours, The operating products is 1/4 of the steam transport vehicle.

The cargo box has two types, one is square box, the other is U shape box.

Battery Quick Charger

The charger can use the civil electricity 110v or 220v to charge directly. Charger jack is Chinese two pin plug, it can be customized the standard US or European plug.

Hydraulic Control and Lifting System

The whole hydraulic controlling and lifting system consists of hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic hose, hydraulic cylinder, which can make the hydraulic cylinder lift up and down to achieve the automatic dumping(self-loading).   

Driving System and Operating System

Driving Motor 

Low speed high torque motor, the maximum speed is 25km/hr, so driving very steady, very suit driving on bumpy, potholed, sloping road.

3 Section Hydraulic Cylinder 

Maximum lifting height can reach 45 
degree. 

Forward or Backwards control Handle ( see circled part )

The handle can make the tricycle forward and backward while driving.
Packing & Delivery

1. LCL : Usually the exported goods will be packed in wooden case if the quantity could not load one full container; 

2. FCL : Assuming the purchasing quantity is large, we will adopt the full container; 

3. Before loading the container, all the goods must be processed by water-proof and moisture proof. 

4. If needed, the packaging method could be customized as per each client's actual requirements.
