1. Send Photo or video of damage products with Serial number label to shangyu,will reply you in 12 hours.
2. The technical engineers will send the Detection table to you for feedback in 24hours.
3. Fault handling and suggestion table will be send to you in 48hours after technical department get the Detection table.
4. We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us during warranty period.If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
5. Other problems can be solved according to the Fault handling and suggestion table.lf any misunderstand,call us immediately.

Q3: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Actually we think samples are not very important.You can buy from anywhere.But we think our cargo will better than
any others.

A: It depends on which model.For example,month capacity for small capacity can reach near 5000pcs and big capacity near 1000pcs.

A: 1 years warranty for ups and battery 7Ah-24Ah, 3 years for battery 38Ah-300Ah.

Q8: How about your after-sales service?
A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us during warranty period.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you
should pay.

Q9: How long is your delivery time
A: normally 15 days (it mainly based on your model and quantity)

Q10: Tell me the standard of package?
A.: For the small capacity, it use carton box, but for big capacity, we should use strong wooden case for protection.

Q11: Can I add my logo on the voltage stabilizers?
A: Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.

Q12: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?

1. Raw material control
The main electronic components for our UPS use the world well-know
brand, for example the IGBT is from Infineon, and fan from
SANYO...and we keep good relationship with them. And for we also
have some other suppliers for cabinet, cables...we have large and
stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply
stable quality materials to us. They arranged a person who only
responsible for our materials’ production and delivery to make sure
safe quality. All our electronic components, PCBs can not stock over 3
months to ensure the high quality.

2. Workshop
We now have high class anti-static workship and each worker is
forced to wear anti-ESD ring., when they need to touch electrostatic
sensitive device like PCBs during the production. That make sure the
work enviroment safe and product’s quality.

3. Quality Control
a. QC
We have 7 QC staff to check all the electroic components and other
materials before production to ensure the quality. And our engineers
will keep eyes on productron to ensure all everything goes well.
b. Test
Our engineers will test UPS one by one when the production is
finished, and for 1/1 phase and 3/1 phase UPS(1-20KVA), there is a 1
day aging test before packaging, and for 3/3 phase ups, we will have
a 7 days aging test. And beore delivery, our QC will check sample
checking again.

4. Quality complain
If any customer make quality complains, we will forward it to our
service team. They will report directly our factory manager. Usually we
will hold a meeting with production, puchasing and packaging
departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback
and solution.
