A: No. We are only making OEM. All products' artwork were provided from client, and well-kept by us.
Q2:What is your quality warranty?
A: For all the products, we have 2-year quality warranty. The goods are 100% tested before delivery.If there is any damages during delivery, we will delivery you new products.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit, T/T70% balance before delivery. Other payment terms can negotiate.
Q4: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF
Q5: How about your delivery time?
A: For sample order, it takes 3-7days. For formal order, it takes 15- 25days, according to the quantity.
Q6: What is your sample policy?
A: stock sample is free charge, the freight is paid by customer.
We ask for sample charge for customized sample, it will be refund when you place order, deducted from deposit.
Q7: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have 8 technicians in QC department. They inspect the goods in production line and before delivery.

A: It usually takes 7-10 days for you to get samples after you confirm sample orders. And it usually takes one month for mass production.
