The working principle of dust collector:

    After the dust gas enters the dust collector under the guidance of the fan, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow end surface and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some of the coarse dust particles in the airflow will settle to the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertial forces.The fine dust particles with small size and density enter the filter chamber. Through comprehensive effects such as brown diffusion and fiber interception, the dust is deposited on the filter material surface of the filter barrel. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the air outlet through the fan.The resistance of the filter barrel deduster increases with the increase of dust accumulation on the surface of the filter barrel. When the resistance reaches a certain set value, a jet of high-speed and high-pressure air is ejected through the pulse valve of the backblow system through the holes of the spray pipe, through which the dust is cleared.At this time of PLC program control pulse valve opening and closing, when the pulse valve opens, the gas inside the package of the compressed air through the venturi tube expansion, evenly into the cartridge, cartridge in internal form moments of positive pressure, produce a great vibration, depositing dust on the filter material loss, falling into the hopper, dust collected by discharge valve, the discharge in the ash bucket.
