machine operation
(1) .Open the air source switch , connect the air ;
(2) . Start the pneumatic booster pump, tension blade, tension pressure was maintained at 4.5-5.5MPa (45-55 kg)
(3) .Closed electrical box air switch, connect the electric to the machine ;
(4) .Adjust the required thickness, when initial use, should try to test cut, to confirm the thickness of display digital display instrument and the actual size difference, in order to make adjustments, thickness displayer adjustment method reference manual;
(5) .Start saw wheel motor button ;
(6) .Start conveyor belt motor button ;
(7) .Turn the belt speed control knob , determine the feeding speed, then can start cutting;
(8) .After cutting, the conveying motor, saw wheel motor, pneumatic booster pump and air source switch are closed in turn.
