The graphite pipe is made of imported special high purity, high density and high strength graphite, which is produced by advanced CVD process. It has good anti interference, precision, reproducibility nice and long life.

 

1. Compact surface, without pores.

2. High purity, total impurity content < 2ppm, good air tightness.

3. High temperature resistance, strength increases with temperature rise,  2750 ℃- reach intensity of the highest, 3600 ℃- sublimation.

4. Low elastic modulus, high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal shock resistance of products.

5. Good chemical stability, resistance to acid, alkali, salt and organic reagent, the molten metal, slag and other corrosive medium doesn't work, in the atmosphere below 400 ℃ oxide is not obvious, 800 ℃ oxidation rate significantly increased.

6. Not release any gas under high temperature, about 1800 ℃ can maintain the vacuum of 10-7 mmgh.
