Process description of honey vacuum concentrator 

1. In the vacuum state, the honey will evaporate the excess water at a relatively low temperature. Meanwhile, the preheating tank and filtration will be used to finish processing technologies such as impurity removal, sterilization and crystal nucleus removal, so as to improve the quality of honey and prolong the storage period.

2. The equipment uses the electric heating water bath way, automatically adjusts the temperature, the hygiene is convenient, guarantees in the processing the honey quality does not suffer the influence. Boiler heating can also be used.

3. The equipment includes preheating tank, filter, condensing tank and vacuum pump, etc.

4. It is made of high quality stainless steel and polished inside and outside of the tank.
