3. Q: Can I only order one piece for my baby?
A: Sorry, we're not the retailer, thus only 1pc order isn't acceptable.

4. Q: How can your guarantee your quality?
A: Firstly all of our products meet/exceeds Australia/NewZealand, Europe/British, ASTM standards.
Secondly, all of products are guaranteed within 24months for any quality problems.
Thirdly, you may order one sample to check the quality before order. When mass production finished, you can arrange 3rd party like SGS, TUV.. to make the goods inspection between initial sample and mass goods.

5. Q: Can I make a little difference like my own design or with my logo?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM service is offered, but quantity needs to reach our MOQ, or
production costs will be very more, not economical for both of us.

6. Q: How can I get a sample to check the quality?
A: You may order it on Alibaba directly and sample charge is 2times (refunded after the order). Shipping costs can be paid collect or you arrange some shipping companies to pick it up.
