Prduction Process: Our aluminum horse gears are made by high quality material in die casting process, and then bead blasting,and hand polish will be done to make sure the surface is smooth and comfortable for horses.     

Packing Details: There are many options for customers: carton, plywood box, plywood pallet, iron pallet... 

Q: Are these parts customized?

A: Depends on the customer’s option. We are providing customized design assistance, molding making and production.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, it is 5 to 10 days if the goods are in stock. Or based on the quantity, it is 30 to 40 days if the goods are not in stock.

Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free or not?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample free of charge but please note freight charge and the mold cost are usually paid by customer.

Q: What’s your terms of payment?

A: For payment under US$1000, please pay 100% in advance. If the payment is above US$1000, please pay for some deposit by T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment.
