A: Yes, both silicon and fiberglass can use in ourdoor, which can withstand outdoor elements like rain, snow, sun, cold and hot weather resistant from - 20°C to 70 °C (- 4°F to 158°F).
Q: Can you make something that is not in your catalog?
A: Yes, customization are available.
Q: How long is the guarantee?
A:One year for goods. All Maintenance materials will be free. The buyer only need to pay the express cost.
The seller will help the buyer deal with dinosaur problem through email, video, telephone.
If problem can be not solved, a engineer will be asked to repair dinosaurs in destination.The buyer pay engineer’s air tickets and visa cost and supply accommodation and eating for him.
Q: How many pieces can be put into one 20"GP container?
A: It depends on size of products. 3m long dinosaurs, it is 8 pieces.
Q: How do you pack and deliver your products?
A: Small size of products will be packed with air bubble film complete unit, as for the big size, they should be cut into several pieces (legs, head, tail, body), assembled in destination after transportation. Normally they are shipped by ocean, and they can also be shipped by air as per buyer's choice.
Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Zigong City, Sichuang Province. The nearest airport is Chengdu airport.
