 Beijing Aerospace Rate Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and is belonged to the No. 1 Research Institute of the Sixth Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It is a national high-tech enterprise of scientific research, production and service. We research and develop aramid UD fabric, resin system, technology and equipment, after repeated safety protection in aerospace testing, our company become the first domestic large-scale production enterprises of Aramid Composite materials and related products. It is a recognized company of new technology and new products (services) in Beijing, and a catalogue enterprise of NIJ certified. Our company’s aramid UD fabrics and its products have passed the GJB 9001B-2009 weaponry equipment quality system certification and we get the “armament research and production license” issued by the Technology Bureau of National Defense.

 

On the basis of aramid UD fabric and woven fabric, we have successively developed bulletproof vests, double vests, stab-resistant vests, industrial explosion-proof tapestries, ballistic plates, ballistic helmets, and explosive suits. And the products have passed the three authoritative testing agencies testing, including body armor, etc. The series of products have been certified by the US Department of Justice, and the products have always been at the advanced level in the country and are exported to more than 40 countries and regions.

 

With a modern production workshop of 5,000 square meters, a professional R&D laboratory has been established. It has testing machines and other highly sophisticated professional R&D testing equipment. Facilities, establish long-term cooperation with many universities, research institutes and well-known enterprises. It has a monthly production capacity of 30 tons of aramid UD, 15,000 sets of body armor, 5,000 sets of double-prevention suits, 5000 sets of stab-resistant suits, 10,000 bullet-proof inserts, and 2000 top-of-ballistic helmets.
