A Our production time for 100 soft enamel pins is about 8 days, for hard enamelpins is about 12 days, for the rush order, we can finish the order in 5 days.

A We provide free vector artwork before production, we will start production after the artwork is approved.

A We have quality check before packing, and the defective rates is under 3.5%. and the quality is really not acceptable, we promised to remake or refund for the order.

A We keep the mold for 2 year, so if you reorder the same design, we don' t charge the mold forthe reorder in 2 years.

A We use FedEx, DHL, UPS to deliver the orders to worldwide customers, for very large orders we use Air or Sea transportation.
