Jute is one of the best natural fibers with good spin-able character. Two major products manufactured from jute fiber are - Jute Yarn & Jute Twine.
Jute twine is a light string or a strong thread composed of two or more strands or jute yarns twisted together. Jute Yarn and Jute twine (twisted yarns) is a 100% biodegradable and pollution free natural packaging material. This is the perfect substitution of Plastic materials for most of the packaging solution specially agro packaging Jute yarn and twine, spun from fine quality raw jute fiber, used for weaving and knitting of different types of jute fabrics. About 90% of jute fiber spun into jute yarn for subsequent conversion to jute fabrics. Fine jute yarn is very much important for the production of diversified jute goods. We source best quality Jute Yarn and Twine which are of best jute fiber.
The types of jute yarn / twine manufactured can be classified according to the application or use to which they are put ie, fine yarns, hessian yarns, carpet, sacking yarns, etc. These yarns can be further classified into warp and weft yarns, the warp yarns normally being superior to the weft yarns as they have to withstand the cycles of stress during weaving while the weft yarns act more as filler and undergo less strain during weaving process.

JUTE FABRICS AND BURLAP
Hessian is a plain weave, finer quality fabric made wholly of Jute with a single warp and weft interwoven and which is lighter in weight than traditional sacking cloth. Also termed as burlap, it is mainly used to make Hessian bags - used in agro based industries for packing tobacco, tea, coffee, sugar, flour, potatoes, onions, wool, wheat, rice, pulses, sands etc. and many other packing purposes which meets international standards for food safety.
We Offer Premium Quality Jute Hessian Cloth that is manufactured from the High Quality jute as per Global Quality Standards. Hessian cloth is available in squares and rolls and is used also for wrapping and to make a variety of other jute products.
