Navel Oranges

Navel oranges have the distinctive feature of having a small secondary fruit embedded in the apex of the primary fruit.
The flesh of a navel orange is sweet and naturally very juicy
Can be eaten out of hand, juiced, used in fruit salads

Depending on the cultivar and region, between early/mid April and end July/early August

Valencia Oranges:
Appearance:
Fruit size is medium to large.
It is roundish-oblong in shape.
Well-coloured, moderately thin rind of smooth, sometimes finely pebbled texture.
High acid content combines with a high sugar content to produce a delicious taste.
Ideal for juicing
