BD-HCEA concrete expansive agent
The expansion agent will react with the mineral components of cement in case of water, and the product of the reaction is calcium sulfoaluminate(i.e. calcite)or calcium hydroxide and iron hydroxide which causes the volume expansion effect. Under the constraint of rebar and adjacent position, a certain prestress is generated to prevent harmful cracks, compensate for shrinkage, and absorb certain hydration heat, and the produced reactants can fill and block the capillary voids, increase the compactness of concrete and improve the impermeability. All performance indicators of the product meet the quality standard requirements of GB234392017.
BD-UEA high-efficiency concrete expanding agent can be used for concrete projects and cement products requiring crack prevention, seepage prevention, jointing, filling.
Especially suitable for:
1. Underground buildings, such as the subway, underground parking lot, underground garage, tunnel mine, civil air defense works, underground walkways, airports, etc.
2. Build a pool pool, sewage treatment tank, water tower, oil tank, etc.
3. Self-waterproof rigid roofing mortar moisture-proof layer

Precautions
1. Recommended dosage: 10% (inner blending) of cementitious material, 10-12% in shrinkage shrinkage concrete, 12-15% in post-casting strip , expansion reinforcing strip and engineering joint filling.
2.The mix proportion design of concrete mixed with HCEA high efficiency concrete expansive agent should meet the technical indexes such as strength, expansion performance, impermeability, durability and so on, as well as the requirements of construction work.
3.According to the limited expansion rate required by the design, the recommended content is determined by mix proportion of engineering materials: 10% of cementitious material, 10% of compacted concrete, 12% of post-pouring belt, 12 ≤ 15% of engineering joint filling.
4.During construction, it is necessary to ensure the preparation of compensated shrinkage concrete according to the design requirements of mix proportion to ensure the content of expansive agent.
5.The mixing time of concrete prepared on the site with the accuracy of the concrete shall be prolonged by 30 s than the ordinary concrete to ensure that the mixing of the expanding agent and the cement water reducing agent uniformly improves the homogeneity of the concrete.
