FAQ

Q: Can you send me product samples?
A: Absolutely!.  Samples itself are free of charge, but note we do request the recipient to pay for a fixed shipping fee to your location. However, once you place an order we will refund this expense to you through a discount in the sales invoice or directly to your PayPal account.
Q: Do you require a minimum purchase order (MOQ)?
A: Yes, but we are very flexible: 1000 kg is the minimum purchase order for international deliveries.
Q: Is your company Certified Organic?
A: Yes. We are Certified Organic by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), which is one of the top certifying agents in the United States.
Q: Can you export Organic products?
A: Yes. We can export Organic Products to most countries in the world. Furthermore, we are enrolled in the CCOF's Global Market Access Program, which allows us to export organic products to countries that have a special regime, such as Canada, EU, Japan, and Korea.
Q: Can you provide product analysis and certifications?
AYes. Our latest lab analysis (also known as COA), as well as quality certifications, are there for you. Just ping us and I´ll send them right away.
Q: Do the products run through a USDA Phytosanitary inspection prior to shipping internationally?
A: Yes.  All plant products such as chia seeds and quinoa are personally inspected by a USDA APHIS official at our warehouse prior to shipping. The USDA then issues a phytosanitary certificate stating that the product is free from pests, in good condition and suitable for human consumption.
Q: How do I know my international order will get to me in good condition?

AHaving a delivery arriving with problems, thousands of miles away it is not fun. Not for you, and definitely not for us. Therefore, we make sure every cargo is meticulously protected. How?
All our cargoes, including less-than-a-container loads, are put in pallets to avoid damage by water condensation or over-stacking. Floor-loads are not done unless it is specially requested by the customer.

Pallets are covered with 3 layers of plastic film, all around and on the top. Finally, the pallet is secured with 4 plastic straps.
Also, all cargoes carry an insurance policy against any contingency during transport.

Q: What shipping terms (Incoterms) can you offer?

A: The shipping terms depends on whether the order will be shipped within the USA, or internationally:

* Orders within the USA (DDP): We operate from different warehouses nationwide. In order to guarantee a better experience, we will take care of the delivery to your address or warehouse with our trusted logistic providers. Pick-ups by the consignee or a third party are not allowed unless agreed in writing by us.

* International Orders (CIF, CIP): To guarantee an efficient coordination of the supply chain, international orders are sold on CIF (Sea) or CIP (Road) basis only. Other terms such as EXW, FOB or DDP are not allowed unless we agree to do it.
