Q1: How about your optical lens production ability per day?
A: About 100000 pairs/day. We have 4 factories with more than 1200 employees.
Q2: When will I get the reply from us?
A:Within 24 hours due to the time difference.
Q3: Could you provide free samples for customers checking the quality before they place the order?
A: Yes, of course. After confirmation, We can send you FREE LENSES for sample testing
Q4: What is the term of payment?
A: Paid by T/T in advance. Payment<=3000 USD,100% paid in advance. Payment>=3000 USD,30% deposit in advance,70% balanced paid before shipment.
Q5: How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place an order, the production handling time is about 15-20 days.
Q6: What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use ships to transport the goods. It is about 25-40 days. It also depends on which country and port you are. It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.
If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
