PROCESS: Hazelnut paste ismade by mashing the roasted hazelnut kernels (low, medium or high roastinglevels) with an appropriate tecnique.

USAGE:  After selection ,hazelnut kernels that are roasted according tocustomer requests ,mashed by in a homegenous form.

USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material forchocolate, confectionary industry .

ROASTING LEVEL: Dark , medium or low roasted

CALIBRATION:40 micron (changes acc. to cutomer specs)

PACKING: In plastic drums , in steel food drums or filled directly to pastetankers.
