China Stone Cutting Tools PCD Inserts Blank PCD Tips
PCD Blanks with Poly Crystalline Diamond and Tungsten carbide substrates. It can be applied in woodworking tools, metalworking tools, stone cutting tools, mining tools and many related industries. Available grain size is 1microns, 5microns, 10microns, 25microns and 50microns. Standard total thickness is 1.6mm, 2.0mm, and 3.2mm. PCD layer is 0.5mm thick. Non-standard sizes are also available according to customer's requests.
