A: Hand wash: wipe with clean wet towel, add mild detergent if needed, air dry.

Q3.What's the MOQ of your product?
A: We accept low MOQ like 10pcs.If order more quantity, the price will be lower.

Q4.What's your payment terms?
A:Normally we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. If you have special request, we can negotiate it. 

Q5.How do you control the quality?
A:We have professional QC to inspect the products during all the process,every lot will be inspected  before shipping.

Q6. If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, could you help us with shipping?
A:Surely, we have very professional shipping partner,who can delivery to your door, and handle custom clearance.

Q7. What are the requests of the artwork?
Color mode: CMYK
Format: AI/CDR/EPS/PSD/PDF
Resolution: vector or > 300dpi
Bleed: add 30mm on short edges/ 40mm on long edges

Q8. If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can you do?
A:Our designer can customize it for you according to your idea.

Q9.I never come to China before, if I plan to visit your factory,can you be my guide in China?
A:We can arrange our driver to pick you up from airport,and book the hotel for you. 
Of course, if you want to visit the market or other factory, we can arrange our colleague to be your assistant.

Q10: What is the material of the yoga mat? Do you have any certification?
A: It is made of 100% natural tree rubber base with microfiber suede top, and it has passed SGS REACH, MSDS,
RoHS Certificate.

Q11: Can you print my design and logo on the mat? Does it cost extra?
A: Suer we can print your own design & logo on the at, no extra cost.

Q12: Do you offer free sample?
A: Yes, we can provide free sample for you to verify the quality before mass order.

Q13: Can you make sure you won't disclosure our own design to others?
A: You can be assured that your design will not be disclosured, we can sign the non-disclosure agreement.
