Cajun Seasoning

Cajun is obtained by adding spices such as spring, powdered pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion powder, powdered sweet pepper in special proportions. Contrary to popular belief, it emerged not in the US but in the north of Africa. Today it is common in Louisiana (USA), Cajun Cuisine, Far East Cuisine and South America. It is the spring of cajun that gives it a great taste for a chicken dish known as "Cajun Chicken". In addition to chicken, it is also used in meat dishes and prawns, especially in seafood, vegetables and boiled eggs. Turkish cuisine started to be used with chicken and potatoes. It is suitable to add flavor to fried potatoes.
