We only employ the workers who has at least 10 years experience on sewing and handmade skills.

Foam

Why the seat of sofa and chair are sink or out of shape?

All because the foam density is not correct been on used.

Seat and back cushioning is high-density polyfoam wrapped in fiber.

The foam density for seat should be 35-40kgs/m3 and the foam on the back should be 30-35kgs/m3.All our foams are coming with CA117 or BS5852 Anti-fire standard,which can

guarantee 10 years service life for the sofa and chairs. 

Filler

A good Down Jacket can give you a  soft and warm winter, we take this inspiration and use on our sofa pillows.

This material comes with light weight but soft and warm,we are in need of it when we relax on sofa and watching TV, this will make us feel more comfortable.

Years ago we use cotton as filler but now things changed and improved.
